We (Mary Ann & Paul) have spent a great amount of time in the Denver Metro area. We are very familiar with the Denver and the state in general. We both attended school in Denver. Our children and their family's are currently living in the Denver metro area.
We have been active in Real Estate Sales for Thirty plus years in Colorado.
We have found that working as a couple benefits both you and us. We can provide points of view from both the male/female interests. (Men like the basement, garages, and work shops. Women are interested in kitchen's, bedrooms, living space in general etc.) We try to make home buying an enjoyable experience instead of a dreaded experience.
We are proud to be members of the Remax "One Hundred Percent Club" and "Hall of Fame", that simply means we are in the top two percent of all realtors in the nation for amount of business conducted each year. (This is for all Real Estate Companies, not just the Remax offices.)
We have 3 beautiful daughters/3 great son In-Laws/4 Beautiful grand daughters & 1 Grand Son.
Most of our business comes from referrals and past clients. We intend to keep it that way, so we try very hard to make your selling and purchasing a home, a very pleasant and exciting process.
