To qualify for the "BUYER RELOCATION PACKAGE" the following rules and restrictions apply:

The "closed" dollar amount of the transaction must exceed $125,000.00.

The relocation to the Denver area, must exceed 300 miles one way.

The purchase of a Metro Denver area property (NEW OR RESALE) using Paul or Mary Ann Bonham, as the "Buyers Agent"  or a Realtor designated by Paul or Mary Ann Bonham, as the "Buyers Agent"  to originate and close the transaction.

After the successful closing  of the transaction, a maximum reimbursement of $250.00 per person, maximum of two persons, for the airline travel to Denver and a maximum reimbursement of $100.00, for lodging, will be reimbursed to the purchaser(s). Maximum total of $600.00 reimbursement.
